The Wessler team is proud to announce our February employee of the month, Dylan Lambermont.

Dylan is the Drinking Water Assistant Group Head and project manager with more than five years of professional experience on drinking water projects. Dylan's expertise includes water system master plans; treatment plant evaluations and studies; water system modeling, and fire flow evaluations; and the design of new water mains, storage tanks, groundwater wells, and treatment facilities.

In our Employee Spotlight interview, Dylan tells us a little more about himself.

What do you do at Wessler?

I am a teammate, problem solver and coordinator, I guess. I write really small so that people can’t read my notes.

What is your favorite part of your job?

Working with coworkers and clients that care about the water industry and the communities they serve… also calculating total dynamic head.

What project are you most proud of?

The best things that I’ve built while at Wessler have been personal relationships. Also, I designed a putt-putt golf course with my dad when I was a kid for the family business. I’m pretty proud of that one, too.

What is your favorite local restaurant?

I really prefer to eat at home. That’s where the best food (and company) is found.

Who headlined the last concert you attended?

Dwight Yoakam

What's the most important lesson you've learned in the last year?

Live deliberately.

What’s your favorite animal at the zoo?

My 2 year old. She’s a wild animal for sure.

What does “The Wessler Way” mean to you?

The Wessler Way is a funny thing. You can’t describe it in words and you can’t give it to a new employee to read about and learn. I can tell you it has to do with people, family, trust, faith, loyalty and shared experience, and it is something you have to experience to understand.

It’s not the “perfect way” or the “best way”, but it’s our way and that’s what makes it so valuable.
