I’m pleased to announce Curtis Grannan as our July employee of the month!
We asked Curtis a few questions about himself so you could get to know him better.
I am a designer in the drinking water group. I take information from our clients, manufacturers and engineers here at Wessler and try to put all the information into a clear and concise set of plans.
1. We will ask questions and listen to what the clients have to tell us
2. We will be attentive to your needs
3. We will research the best solution to your problem.
I have had many people here at Wessler and in my personal life tell me not to take things so hard and to not be so hard on myself. I think it is starting to sink in just a little.
I enjoy doing our Gleaners Day of Giving every year. We get to interact with other firms and get to see some of the “regular” volunteers and hear their stories.
The best part of the old survey van was being in the welded third seat in the cargo area. We would always try to dump whoever was in the “suicide seat”. As an extra tidbit, the AM radio in the survey van was the best!
The biggest changes I have seen are the Cadd drawing software we use now and the surveying equipment. Both of these are much better than drawing on the board and using 2 tapes to survey with.
I have a motto “do it once and do it right”. I have learned that here at Wessler. We did it when I started and there were seven of us, and we do it now.
I saved this question for last. I would have to say after much thought that it would be Jeff Gordon. I have put lots of money into my Jeff Gordon room at home.
