Coronavirus. COVID-19. Evil virus. Gamechanger. Reality check. A new way of life. Whatever you want to call it, it is here and has changed all our lives in a matter of an instant.
Wessler is proud to announce Ty Graves as our Employee of the Month! Ty works as a Business Development Representative, meeting with city and county employees, elected officials and representatives to discuss their project needs and help with funding.
For communities and water/sewer utilities in Indiana and Ohio, you may not know about funding sources that are available for drinking water and wastewater projects. We have pulled together some resources for you. There are federal dollars (from USDA, HUD and EPA) allocated every year to the states. Each state handles those funds through state-run programs.
This month, we are proud to announce that Cherie Olson has been nominated as our Employee of the Month for February. Congratulations Cherie and thank you for your hardwork and humor!
Company-Client relationships are a two-way street, with both needing to come together to accomplish a common goal or satisfy a need. So, in honor of the official day of love and romance, as well as the annual spike in sales of chocolate and bouquets, we have compiled a list of the 14 things we love about working with our clients over the last 41 years. And we are looking forward to serving them in the decades to come.
Wessler is proud to announce Mary Such as our employee of the month! We asked her some questions so you can get to know her better. Congratulations Mary and thank you for your dedication and hard work.
Wessler is pleased to announce Don Thompson as our Employee of the Month! We asked Don a few questions about himself so you could get to know him better.

At Wessler Engineering, we have been busy collecting nonperishable food items to provide assistance for residents in our area through Hunger Inc. This is also happening in many of our Indiana communities as evidenced by the numerous social media postings. To see so many communities pitching in to make a difference is inspirational. This brings me back to the purpose of this blog…to thank you for all you do to make us better employees, engineers, and friends.
We asked our employees, “Why are you thankful for your clients?” We hope you enjoy their responses.
I am thankful…
